Mining Project Start-up Facilitation

One of the greatest hurdles faced by an investor is the lack of transparency in doing business in Indonesia. Foreign investors in particular regard Indonesia as a high risk destination because of the bureaucratic difficulties encountered. An interminable amount of time is required to apply for and receive appropriate licenses and permits. This is inherently an expensive exercise, without any guarantee that all of the documentation needed has been duly obtained.
